Download e-Admit Card for Civil Services (Preliminary) examination

Based on the press note issued by Union Public Service Commission regarding the upcoming Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination  2012, it is hereby mentioned that candidates must be aware that the UPSC commission has uploaded the e-Admit Cards for the convenience of the admitted candidates (or the reasons/ grounds for rejection of application in respect of rejected applications) on its website (http://www.upsc.gov.in.).

Please note that no paper Admit Card will be issued for this examination by UPSC

The candidates who have applied are advised to download their e-Admit Cards and take a printout thereof well in advance (by 16th of May, 2012) to avoid last minute rush.

In case the photograph of the candidate is not visible on the e-Admit card print out or not available on the e-Admit Cards then the candidates are advised to carry two (2) identical photographs (one photograph for each session of the prelims exam) along with the proof of identity. The following can be produced as proof for the same - Identity Card or Voter Identity Card or Passport or Driving License and the printout of e-Admit Card at the venue of the Examination

All the admitted candidates have been/are being informed about the Roll No. and Venue allotted to them by e-mail as per the e-mail ID as mentioned in the online applications.
